Who we are

TERRAPRO Philippines Inc. runs this website. We are based at 149 Lopez Jaena St, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 we are the "personal information controller" for anything you give us here, which means we decide how it is used and we are responsible for keeping it safe.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the contact form or send us directly:

  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • What you are asking about (quote, trial, dealer, application help) and the message you write.
  • Anything you add later by phone, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger or email while we handle your inquiry.

What we don't collect

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. We don't record your location, and we don't buy or build profiles about you.

If you message us on Viber, WhatsApp or Messenger, those apps handle your data under their own privacy policies before it reaches us.

Why we use it

We use your details to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and send you a quote or a Hatake Pro program for your crop.
  • Arrange pickup, delivery or a farm visit.
  • Follow up on a trial or an order you asked about.

Who sees it

Only the Terrapro team handling your inquiry. We never sell or trade your details. The services that run this site (our web host and email provider) process the data on our behalf and can't use it for anything else.

If a dealer near you is the best person to help, we will ask you first before passing on your details.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and any order that follows, plus the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless a legal record requires us to keep a copy.

Your rights

The Data Privacy Act gives you the right to:

  • Know what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your details or stop using them.
  • Complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you think we have handled your data badly.
